Shipping Policy 

MBMWIASTURES, LLC offers shipping all throughout the United States (excluding Alaska and Internationally).

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site to PayPal. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the PayPal site and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Upon checkout, we encourage you to insure (add insurance to your order) shipped items, so if any item(s) damaged in shipping it will, be uniquely designed again. We do require you to send back the damaged item at your own expense. If your Wiasture is damaged, you must email us within 5 days of receipt. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THE 5 DAY PERIOD. We are not responsible for lost items shipped in transit – use a preferred carrier with tracking.

“Wiasture” items ship within 3-5 days after your sculpture is completed. The timeline to complete your order will vary on each unique and commissioned project or item. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the type of product we produce. MBMWIASTURES, LLC will determine the most reasonable shipping carrier for your order, whether it be United States Postal Service “USPS”, FedEx or United Parcel Service “UPS”.  Our preferred carrier of choice is: “USPS”.

We cannot ship on Sundays and Holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please email us at [email protected] for rates.

Sales tax will be charged in all applicable states we are required to charge tax.
